Inspection of burners in asphalt mixture mixing plants
Check the fuel pressure regulating valve or pressure reducing valve on time, and check whether the locking nut on the dispatch bolt is clean and can be disassembled. If the screws or nuts are dirty or rusty, it is necessary to repair or replace the regulating valve. Check the sealing equipment of the oil pump on time to ensure it is intact and the internal pressure is stable, and replace any damaged or leaking sealing equipment. When using hot oil, check if all oil pipes are insulated. The filter between the fuel tank and oil pump of the asphalt mixing plant burner equipment must be cleaned on time and checked for excessive wear. This ensures that fuel flows smoothly from the fuel tank to the oil pump, reducing the possibility of potential component failures. The "Y" type filter on the incinerator should be cleaned regularly, especially when using heavy or residual oil, to prevent clogging of the fuel injectors and valves. During operation, check the pressure gauge on the incinerator to see if it is within the normal plan.
For incinerators that require compressed air, please check the pressure equipment to see if the required pressure has been generated in the incinerator, clean all filters on the supply pipeline, and check for leaks in the pipeline. Check if the inlet air protection equipment on the incineration atomization fan is correct and if the fan casing is not damaged or leaking. Query the operational status of blade servers. When there is too much noise or vibration, the blades can be scheduled to eliminate them. For a belt pulley driven blower, lubricate the bearings and tighten the belt on time, acknowledging that the blower may generate additional pressure. Clean the connection of the lubrication air valve to see if the operation is smooth. If the operation is obstructed, replace the accessories. Determine if the wind pressure meets the operational requirements. If the wind pressure is too low, it will cause a backfire, causing the guide plate in the front of the drum and the material plate in the incineration area to overheat. The fuel injector shall be cleaned on time, and the Spark gap (about 3mm) of the burning electrode shall be checked. Always clean the flame detector (electric eye) and confirm that the direction of the equipment is correct and the temperature is appropriate. If the direction is not correct and the temperature is too high, the photoelectric signal will be unstable, and even a fire will be broken.
